'DREDD' FEATURETTE

Man, I reallyyyyy want this film to rock my socks off, but so far I'm not super pumped about it. Fingers crossed!

Although Sly was terrible as Judge Dredd, I thought the art department did a pretty amazing job of capturing the comics on screen for that film. This one seems a little too close to reality for me, which I think means the dark humour of the original strip will be lost. However, I think Karl Urban's Dredd is pretty good with growl and chin etc. Plus he ain't taking off his helmet!

We'll wait and see, it looks a bit dull to me at the moment though.
